Preheat oven 350F. Varm stekeovn 350F. Spread spinach over bottom of 8-9" casserole dish. Arrange fillets over top. Sprinkle with lemon juice and white wine, and seasonings. Brush salmon with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and broil for 12 minutes. Pensel laks med olivenolje, stenke med salt og pepper og broil etter 12 minutter. Stir over low heat until well blended. Røres over lav varme til langt blandede. Gradually stir in cream mixed with water. Gradvis oppstuss i kremen blandes med vann. Cook, stirring until thick and smooth. Cook, røring inntil tykk og glatt. Mix in cheese, Worcestershire and paprika. Bland i osten, Worcestershire og Paprika. When melted, stir in crab.
