3 T Parmesan 3 T parmesan

2 T lemon juice 2 T sitron saft
2 T white wine 2 T hvitvin
parsley, Old Bay, garlic powder, salt & pepper persille, Gamle Bay, hvitløk pulver, salt & pepper

Preheat oven 350F. Varm stekeovn 350F. Spread spinach over bottom of 8-9" casserole dish. Arrange fillets over top. Sprinkle with lemon juice and white wine, and seasonings. Sprinkle with cheese, then pork rinds. Bake 30-40 min. Spre spinat over bunnen av 8-9 "casserole parabolen. Ordne fileter over toppen. Skvette med sitron juice og hvitvin og krydder. I had extra filling that wouldn't fit on the fish, so I just spooned it into the baking dish, and cooked along with the fish. 1/2 t prepared horseradish 1 / 2 t forberedt pepperrot
1 pkg Splenda 1 PKG Splenda
salt, pepper, olive oil salt, pepper, olivenolje

Brush salmon with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and broil for 12 minutes. Pensel laks med olivenolje, stenke med salt og pepper og broil etter 12 minutter. pinch paprika klemme Paprika

Preheat oven 375F. Varm stekeovn 375F. Melt butter in pan. Smelt smør i kokekaret. Mix in not/starch and salt and pepper. Bland i ikke / stivelse og salt og pepper. Stir over low heat until well blended. Røres over lav varme til langt blandede. Gradually stir in cream mixed with water. Gradvis oppstuss i kremen blandes med vann.
